Not sure what is happening. My kids can t get their braces changed because of no Medicare certificate. I keep getting bogus dates as to when they can come back. I went a week ago to my dghtrs teeth clean and was told the hygienist wasn t there. No one told me that when called to confirm appt and no one that morning. Take my Advice!! Don t go to Almeda Dental Group! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND TREATMENT! I hate I chose this place for my daughter s care. The previous comments are ALL true! I should have followed my first mind and left when encountered with the unprofessional staff at sign in. I, too, was ushered to yet another waiting area after a couple of hours. This place has turned into a place for incompetent people to practice on non-suspecting patients. Dr. Radford was one of the very best dentist in Houston. Now that he has retired, the place has gone to the dogs as far as service is concerned. The dental hygienist act like they just finished high school. They don t know what they are doing. I came out with my teeth feeling horrible and not really cleaned. I will never go back there again.
The staff is friendly and the service is great. It is a great place to take children - no long waiting and everyone is friendly. I would recommend it to any parent.
They treat you with respect and attend to you fast. Alameda Dental is a great dentist. It give you good offers for less money.
I would give them an "A". Dr. Tillman rocks! The offices are clean, with good hygienists.
What I like best about Almeda Dental is the cleanliness of the facility and their good staff.
Everyone listened to my question and concerns, and offered solutions. Overall, very friendly and helpful.
