Fantastic service. They really made me feel comfortable
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. Before proceeding with my bridge treatment, I specifically asked the office to confirm my insurance coverage. I was provided a written treatment plan showing that my estimated patient responsibility was $0, and I made my decision to proceed based on that information. After a not great experience with my prior dentist of 15 years, I went in search of another dentist I could trust. I was fortunate to find Almaden Valley Smile Design after yet another dentist in the interim that didn't work out. There's plenty of parking available, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth - I believe her name was Melinda - was exceptionally kind and made me feel at home throughout my appointment. Dr. Clara Andirious and her team are absolutely fantastic. I am a person who is VERY nervous about dental work, but this team honestly makes it hard to be nervous. They are so kind, go at your pace, and explain everything so well. I came in as a new patient this month, and they have now gained a patient for life. My spouse saw how well I was treated just from the waiting room and has decided to go as well. I could not recommend them more, especially if you have anxiety around going to the dentist.
