Ms Williams in the service dept treated me like dog shit. I came to the dealership on Tuesday 8/18/26 but called Kendal before I came. He came to the service area & told the staff I was there & advised what was needed. Ms Williams was very rude & nasty how she talked to me. I was able to get the oil changed. Our experience with this Hyundai dealership has been very frustrating. We were not told the correct details about the extended warranty, and when we canceled it, they have still not processed the refund back to our loan. We’ve reached out multiple times, but all we get is inconsistent answers and no real help.It feels like once the sale is made, the customer is no longer a priority. I would advise anyone visiting this dealership to be cautious and make sure every detail is clearly explained and documented.
