I just saw Allysyn’s response to my review and I just beg anyone that's going to hire her to do a background check (police and criminal) you will see what I mean. She did not get me Vistation, she did not do anything but talk in private with other lawyer and fool me and scam me! I am out $9000 for no work on my case at all! A con artist and a scammers. She said she could get everything done for $4000
Allysyn Overton might be the shadiest lawyer in the bay area. Make sure you search for her name and do a thorough check on her before hiring her. She hides her real yelp reviews from clients she has stole from and pays her colleagues to write fake good reviews. She's just not good at her job at all. If I saw all the crazy videos she posted before hiring her I wouldn't have ever considered it. Allysyn Overton went into Papi's Restaurant and pretended her few month old puppy was a service dog. She yelled at the wait staff, was drunk and belligerent, and was spitting water everywhere while slurring her words. Then she had the nerve to leave a bad review for Papi's and when the owner schooled her she pathetically tried to cover it up and say it was a case of mistaken identity because not only is she a horrible person, she has a fragile ego and is a coward. Allysyn is refusing to return thousands of dollars of my retainer after overcharging me for "work" - things like $750 texts with a former employee about her wedding, $2000 to open a dropbox folder etc... I posted a review about her incompetence on Avvo and she responded by posting my very unique last name and suggested people search the SF court website for it because she was my third attorney which is simply untrue.
