This company will Rob you. They did a botched job on my gas line and agreed that it was done wrong and then they ignored me when I tried to get it resolved. I have it all on email. They took $1100 of my money and ignored me and the job was not even completed. Corey the supposed manager from the Tukwila branch completely ignores me now. Beware if you use this company. If anyone wants proof just contact me because I have the email interaction.

Stay away. This company is a complete rip off. They will try to way over charge for unnecessary work that isn't needed.

Absolutely terrible service. Once they have your deposit they "can't get you on the schedule", then my system needed one part they didn't have and I was pushed to the back of the line and told I was "lucky" it wasn't an additional 2-3 weeks out. Their schedule Sabrina is also quite rude and unpleasant to work with - no concept of customer service.

Ally Plumbing is over chargign too much and tellign us that their hourly rate is $250 ,and to cut a piece of wood , charge us $150 plus tax . Ridiculous price . I strongly recomend to not use this service
When our 26 year old furnace went out recently their tech Nick came out quickly to provide several recommendations and price quotes. He was professional and had a pleasant demeanor. We selected Ally based on price and speed to install, within a week. Nick's work was neat and clean. He was able to get the new t-stat wire through the walls of our old house, not an easy task. I highly recommend Ally.
