No one at their location when I came to pick up a towed vehicle didn’t show up to their shop when they said. Very unprofessional in my book
I would not recommend anyone to use this company. You'll be charged you even though they didn't complete the service for you. I was unaware of this agreement. After using their service, I heard that I was not the only one that they ripped off. I called them to complaint and they yelled at me. Bad customer services and unprofessional. Gene's tire and towing service is the best! Cheaper and friendly! Got the service I need to be done in 5 mins, but took allways towing more than hrs and didn't get it done with the same equipmen... read more
Kenny from Arrow Towing was very professional! The truck arrived in less than 20 minutes from when I made the call. Being from out of state I was very nervous about calling a tow truck. I had no idea where to take my car to get fixed and he recommended a place near my conference site so I didn't have to pay for an Uber too. Thank you for making a stressful situation much better!
