Tried calling to talk to them about damage to our vehicle. The owner said he wasn't going to discuss anything and I can contact my attorney. They used a flat bed truck to haul our Jeep and hooked the tie rod and bent it causing the Jeep to be out of alignment and having the traction control sensor kick on and wore down the tires fast. They have shown in previous posts that they just don't care about their customers. Am filling for damages. Tried calling all day today to get a tow with no answer.
I was part of the near accident that another reviewer posted on 2/28; though my initial review was removed. Their driver was reckless and purposefully delaying traffic, because he was honked at. I would not recommend this company.
I really dont think its necessary for your drivers in a flat bed truck driving down 48th to be blaring his horn for no reason through the business area and riding peoples asses and driving like an idiot!! Ridiculous!!
