THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW CONSULTS/RECEPTIONISTS! I was interested in booking after seeing quality work but once I was contacted the lady was rude and accusing me of having work done already (which is not true) I then sent proof that I haven’t had work done. This experience kept me from booking very rude and unprofessional.
I chose this clinic after doing research on Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram, and decided to move forward with Dr. Karlinsky. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Both my friend and I had surgery here on different days, and both of us waited over two hours just to be called during pre-op. The receptionists were very rude and spoke very little English.
