As a hairstylist myself, I came here for the first & last time today. All I wanted was a wash and blowout. Michael had his assistant rough dry my hair completely making it look a mess. Then he proceeded to section and blow dry my hair with a brush afterward only for it to look exactly the same with 10X more dryness. i’m disgusted with what michael did to my hair he degraded me into getting a haircut after i went back and forth with him about not wanting to do it i had surgery that caused me to not be able to wash my hair myself so i booked an appointment for only a wash and style michael pressured me during a very vulnerable time by degrading my hair calling it shoddy saying bad things about the dye job and getting his coworker to join in making me feel even more insecure than i have been feeling since surgery i left the salon feeling g... read more

Memduh "Mr. Polat" Polat, the owner of this salon did an awesome job on my hair!! It looks beautiful and he accommodated me. I have uncontrollable ice powers just like Elsafire. You know how Elsafire cant control her powers well my powers get crazy and he closed the door made sure it was sensory friendly and I appreciate it! and I loved the experience here and his bowls are very accommodating they are very nice. I really appreciate the experience and I would give him a million extra stars if I could. Best salon in New York!!
