They are always friendly, offer you a refreshment, listen to your ideas and will show you hair color swatches to make sure you're both on the same page about what you want. I have always wanted to try out their other services, like facials, massages and manicures, but I know they are probably just as great as their cuts, colors, styles, and waxing.
