It was my first time going there and now I am 2 weeks out and will be going back to get mine redone. In and out in no time.
I went and got a new set put on Friday evening. The girl at the first table did my nails. She didn't touch my cuticles at all nor push them back and trim. So my new set looks like they have been on for almost 2 weeks. I called and spoke with the manager and he said they do not do cuticles only with manicure. Any other nail salon I have EVER been to has pushed back and trimmed my cuticles then proceeded with my set or fill-in. Terrible service and an entire waste of my time (25 minutes) and money. Rip off! Very unfriendly customer service. Overpriced, and tried to overcharge me. Fast, inattentive, manicure. Won't be back.
Would give no stars if I could. Worst experience ever. Unsanitary and rude. Have to go and file and powder dip off my skin. I have never been so disappointed leaving a nail salon.
