I left with open wounds on my fingers bc he filed so angrily and aggressively he filed my skin. I was shocked to have to pay $45 for a fill. My nails chipped in less than a week and I’ve never even had acrylic chip before. Waste of money.
This place is now under new ownership. The new owner has done my nails for years. He and his wife are wonderful and are determined to offer top notch service. The atmosphere is relaxing and the shop is spotless. I hope people will give them a try!
Mainly they could improve by not being racist and unprofessional. Horrible service and abysmal customer service.
Last few times I went there my nails didn’t last a week. I went back in there yesterday because I was having problems with the nails coming off the dip was used. She fixed my One nail and did a lighter color than the original I told her about the other ones looked awful and that they were falling off she didn’t fix those she blew me off. Well today two fell off in the rest of them look like crap. I sent them a complaint we’ll see if they will respond but I doubt it.
Awful service. Had a fill in and toe polish. Hit my fingers with the drill several times and nails were very misshaped after they were filed. She was so rough it hurt too much to have them corrected. Toe polish was sloppy and they refused to fix it even though you could see the old polish underneath. Never again!
Went in this past Tuesday September 4, 2018 for a pedicure. First time and last. They were about 10 minutes late in opening. Picked out polish and was taken right away The guy never spoke or said a word to me the whole time. During the pedicure he hurt me while trimming my nails. He was rough with the file. I do not recommend going here. Rushed manicure and pedicure. My nails look like they were done by a child.
Went with a friend. Posted price was not what they charged me. We could see our old polish thru the new... definitely not worth the money. Almost $70 for a pedicure and gel manicure!!! Very disappointed.
