My experience here was hearbreaking and horrible!!! I was not attended as quickly as I thought they would, both asian ladies were painting and massaging a caucasian woman and that looked so relaxing so after an hour I was asked to sit at a nearby chair. When I went to sit down one of them painted my toenails and the other proceeded to check me out in a pissy mood and I asked what was wrong? she didn't reply. Super friendly staff and clean place. It's been three weeks since my acrylic nail set, and it's still on and intact! I can't wait to come back for a fill.
It is Incredibly disappointing when someone finds a salon and becomes a be back customer on multiple occasions only for an unpleasant surprise. Management and employees did not acknowledge and raise price. Receptionist who also manages had the audacity to say “I don’t remember you” As she is the direct point of contact every time I have called and showed up. I was up charge +$10 dollars...
I stumbled upon this place and couldn’t be more pleased. Friendly staff, nice clean environment, and I got a great pedicure.
