RecommendedI have always loved this nail salon, mostly because it’s the cleanest salon and uses plastic inserts on its pedicure chairs and open up the sterilized tools in front of you. But, they NEED TO STOP trying to up-sell all the time! It’s so frustrating, if I get the basic pedicure, they ask to charge me $5 for callous remover, if I choose a more expensive pedicure they are asking me to add a $7 aromatherapy scent. After being seated in chairs for pedicures already for at least 10-15 minutes, my five year old daughter and I were asked to get up so that people who had already left and come back after we were seated could be seen instead of us. When I asked him (the front desk attendant) to see whomever was in charge, he refused and said the manager wouldn’t see anyone. He said I could either leave a message or talk to him. I left and was seen quickly be a competitor that will receive my business from now on.
Hanna and Kelly have been doing my nails for several years now and ALWAYS do an excellent job. However since the reopening, the appointment schedule is horrendous. I always have to wait even though I have an appointment. And I understand they are not allowed to have hands and feet done at the same time. If I have appointments for both and I’m obviously paying for both I don’t understand why I can’t save time and have them done together like I always have. Please fix your appointment schedule!!!!
Today I tried this nail salon for the first time. Such sweet people!! I truly received the best pedicure I have ever had today! I will definitely be back! Thanks ladies for an awesome job!
Came as a walk-in - greeted immediately, very quick and efficient service and the jelly pedicure is AMAZING. I’d come everyday if I could!! 🌸🌸🌸🌸
Hanna and Kelly are the best! Hanna has been doing my nails for over a year now and I refuse to go to anyone else. Kelly would be my choice if Hanna wasn’t available. I always receive great service from Hanna! She makes sure my mom, daughter and I are always taken care of. It’s very clean and usually very easy to make any appointment with Hanna.

I enjoyed but I should have asked questions. My daughters and I went today. They both got started long before me. They got the works. When the young girl came to me I didn’t get nearly what they did and she finished me before one of my daughters finished that started long before me. We all got pack 4. I was very disappointed.
