So I get there and the owner Mimi or whatever tries to tell me it's "color and cut" not highlight! And tries to sell me some other package that is more expensive! So I Get the groupon out and it say "highlight and cut" $65!! I show it to her and her response was well they got it wrong, I will do that but I won't style it!!! Best hair stylist!!!! followed Mimi from Foothills Ranch Best stylist around! I started going to Mimi about 15 years ago when she was at her previous salon, Club Nails Spa in Foot Hills Ranch. Been following her since!! Santa Ana is quite a bit out of the ways, but the new salon is much nicer and best of all her prices here are much more reasonable than her former salon. I get my hair cut and colored every 6 months and my nails done every month with her. Fantastic job and great customer service!!!!
Susie S Great Beauty Salon in Santa Ana. We just moved into this area and luckily found this salon through LivingSocial. I made an appointment with Mimi whom I thought that she is a true artist. She explained to me clearly what I could expect for the end result of my hair treatment even with my long hair down to my shoulder , she only charged me $30 extra that she told me upfront. My hair was somewhat damaged and unmanageable. She patiently took time to explain what she could do for my hair and suggested what would look good... read more
Not unhappy - not thrilled, but not unhappy I ran into Allure Hair and Nails when I needed a quick fix and polish change. The shop was nice, my nail tech seemed a little put off by my request for a design on my ring finger. I thought it was odd, but whatever. My nails looked good, but I was unhappy by the attitude I received.
