Don't move here !!!! Unless you like the noise !!!! Every day the appearance of the building getting worse with homeless on front and the manager and owner does nothing, there are no rules, the neighbors smoke marijuana at all hours and the noise with the music does not stop until the early hours of the morning.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. To start, the apartment building has been horribly mismanaged for years. The leasing office doesn't seem to have all the information they require ready and it takes forever for the to resolve one issue (and by then 3 more have cropped up). Next, the roaches and various pest problems are absolutely wild. The building has a serious pest problem they have not properly addressed and they tried to blame it on the tenants (which isn't correct), and there's no remediation service for it.
