Everything went very smoothly. They called to verify that the door they were ordering was correct prior to ordering and verified that the door they received was what we ordered prior to loading it for installation. Jeff came out same day. He waited for me to arrive as I was running late. He fixed the “arm” and went a little further to add a metal piece to further secure it. He recommended that I replace the rollers as they were squeaking really badly. I did. I now have a smooth, quiet open and close. He did the job extremely fast. He was polite and professional.
