I just wanted to say this is a great company! I started off as a renter and then they helped me purchase the home I am living in by land contract with the owners. I didn't even know it was an option!! I am so grateful for all their help!

I just moved into their apartments at Creekside in Flint and the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to wait 1 extra week to get into my place:) ALLtimate has a very professional staff and I love those girls in the main office!
ALLtimate specializes in turning distressed properties around. So normally when we take over the tenants are happy to see us because we bring on great changes and improve their over all living arrangements. However there are times when tenants just are unhappy and we tend to take the brunt of their displeasure. We do our best to make everyone as happy as possible but their are always those people out there that are never happy!!
I stay at Bonnieview and ALLtimate took over two months ago. The old company left us with heat issues and ALLtimate has been working around the clock to make things right. They have us a credit for the time we were with out heat and they seem to really care about getting things right!
I currently own properties in Detroit and Flint and ALLtimate manages all of them. They have managed my properties now for 5 years and I am extremely happy with the results. They are very good at making sure my properties stay occupied and tenants pay rent! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for full service property management!
I'm so excited! I just moved into ALLtimate's Orchard Lane Apartments!! They did a great job and I love my new place! Their staff are very nice and professional.
I've read through most of the reviews and it looks like they all come from tenants so I thought I would put in my review as one of ALLtimates owners. I currently have one Apartment complex with them with 78 units and 30 residential homes. I have been with them for 3 years now and I am more than happy with them. They give very detailed reports on my properties and are very active in making sure my homes stay occupied! I would recommend them to any one looking for a full service property management company.
