DO NOT RENT FROM ALLTIMATE. Mold, broken pipes, roach infestation, management doesn't care. They show you a fake apartment, hand you the keys the day you move in, and you walk into a place that doesn't meet health department regulations. They blame the tenants but don't do anything to fix anything, unless it's the building management lives in, they just got completely renovated, while my building has stair railings hanging off the wall. This company is a scam. They prey upon people buying homes through the Genesee County Landbank by pretending to be the new property managers and direct that you forward rent to them and come in to sign a lease.
ALLtimate is a very professional and streamlined company. I am very happy with the management of my portfolio.
They just took over Sunset Village a couple months ago and I am happy to say "Finally a company that cares about their tenants!!" Things out here are changing for the better! This place is on its way to being a great community again!
Do not rent from here! I rented from them for three years. It took forever for them to fix anything. Most of the things I ended up fixing myself. I found mold in the basement and found out it was black mold. They came and bleached it however the mold on the rafters they told me there was nothing they could do. I was moving out Oct 1st they finally told me I needed to write a letter in which I turned in Sept 20th. Excellent Company! I love their owner portal so I can view my properties in real time. They are a very professional company and I really appreciate how available they make themselves to me!
