This all happened with my car last year and the car I am referring to is my white 2011 nissan altima. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. They picked up my car with one of their own tow trucks without me knowing they were coming. Not a good experience I took my car in because when I shifted it would bang hard. Eddie recommended to rebuild the transmission considering that’s their specialty I bought into it they charged 2400$ and the car still bangs when it goes into gear. The transmission mounts look in pretty bad condition and they did not replace them while rebuilding the transmission.
