Professional, punctual, detailed oriented, personal care to fix the problem and get to the real issue. Helped us with the insurance process. We were very happy with the service.
Robert Mike Sean and Carmelo put our minds at ease during our flood emergency. They came within the hour and acted fast to get the water out as fast as possible with as little damage as possible. Had a kitchen fire just a couple of days before Christmas. After the fire was extinguished by fire department, I reached out to AllStates Cleaning & Restoration Services. Their professionalism was demonstrated as within an hour they had a team on the premises assessing and evaluating the extent of the damage not only to the kitchen, but to the whole house. They made the whole process of cleaning up the flooded basement easy. I called them at 8:30 at night and by 11:00 Sean had accessed the situation, got me in contact with a trusted plumber, and and the sump pump replaced so the water could drain. It was a relief to go to bed without the water all over the floor. The following day they brought in all the equipment to dry things out. Mike was awesome. I can not say enough GREAT things about this company! First of all the were running 15 minutes late and the home office actually took the time to call me and let me know. Who ever does that?!?! Secondly the technician, Matt, was pleasant and informative. He took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. The floors and carpets came out looking like if they were BRAND NEW!!
