Allstates provided me with excellent service. My basement flooded. I called 2 places and right away I chose Allstates. They were very personable, caring , responded promptly and came out the same day. They understood my budget and kept it within it. Everyone that came out to remediate my basement were so friendly and felt like family. They are very clean, organized and thorough. I will continue to use them if needed. I will refer them to others. Call them, you wont be disappointed!

I 100% would recommend All State Restoration to everyone and anyone that would need them. Although, I do not wish for anyone to have to use a ******************** but if they do, All State is who I recommend. My bathroom with the only shower we have, had a leak that must've been happening for months which rotted through my plywood and went through my kitchen causing a Level 3 mold. I would highly recommend AllStates Restoration. They were responsible and took pride in making me as the customer happy. I felt like they were on my team, and when the insurance company did not cooperate, AllStates was right there in my corner. I had a leak in my garage during the cold December months in 2021, where a good chunk of the ceiling and side wall were soaked and starting to show some mold. The process was really easy and the completion of the job was thoroughly done properly until all the wood was completely dry.

Excellent experience working with Allstate. They are insanely thorough and take the time to explain every detail. They are a real champion for the homeowner and wont back down when challenged by the insurance company.

All States Restorations and its team are amazing! I was looking for this service and came across their website with already high reviews! My family and I are very happy to had called them to rescue my flooded home and they came the next day! I recommend this company to anyone who ever needs any services they provide. They helped us deal with a stage 3 sewer contamination flood. My entire first floor was completely ruined. From the first phone call to every single person I have encountered in this company, they not only have done a phenomenal job. They did it right. They work directly with insurance which is a huge plus as a claimant--emails, negotiating AND recommending to the insurance adjuster other professionals to do parts of the project they don't deal with. Additionally, they continue to reach out to the customer to see what else the customer may need, and coordinate those services too. Selda and Michael are the absolute best. So happy to have worked with them and their team.
