Got a cold call from "Brad" in Bryant pretending he'd quoted me a policy in the past and that he was calling to "check on [me]." Lies. I've never lived in Bryant and have never gotten a quote (solicited or otherwise) from Brad or this agency in general. I called back the number he called from (847-1115) and it did in fact ring to this agency and the receptionist confirmed you have a Brad. Highly deceptive tactics like these aren't needed by those with actual sales skills and aren't used by those with integrity.
