STEER CLEAR! Allstate and Joe Spicer are shady and not to be trusted. This agent misrepresented coverage, a claim occurred and my fiance is now being told they won't cover ANYTHING because this agent is so uneducated on his product he doesn't even know what he's selling. Find another agent and another company if you want decent coverage and knowledgeable agents.
