So incredibly creepy to receive a letter with a photo of my house on it. I don’t care how low of an estimate you’re offering, that is so weird and I will not consider you for my homeowners insurance. Find a different way to advertise.

I just want to thank tyler for all the help that he done for our family it's hard to find help now days with anything but tyler is not hard to find or get a hold of if you call or even email him he will get back to you asap and is awesome customer service thank you tyler for everything you have done for our family.
I called my insurance company to send someone out to see what my coverage was for a water issue. Allstate sent a company out to assess and gave them the go ahead to repair the damage. After destroying my floors, Allstate called to say they messed up and the repair was not covered. Therefore they filed a claim against my insurance to repair the damage THEY caused. I could have fixed the floors myself for cheaper than the amount my insurance went up and now I am stuck with Allstate until the claim drops off. I have and will co... read more
I wish my rates were lower. Other than that I have no complaints. I've been treated like we all deserve. And I actually get to talk with a human when I need assistance. Thank you for that.
