Avoid Tammy worst insurance experience in my life. DIDNT PUT FULL COVERAGE ON ALL MY TRYCKS AS INSTRUCTED WEEK OR SO LATER I HAD AN ACCUDENT NO FAULT...AND FIUND OUT AFTER HAVING TOW TRUCK HAULED TO SHOP MY INSURANCE WONT COVER ANYTHING.....SHE was like oh I can add full coverage $111 for 6 months..THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE ALREADY.....COST ME MY TRUCK AND 6500 IN REPAIRS TRUCK IS STILL NOT ON THE ROAD. Cummins diesel 130k miles ruined because this dumb agent didn't do her job.
I don’t even know these clowns. They blew me up all morning. I finally call back to ask that I not be called anymore. Ben decides it’s appropriate to just hang up on me without any explanation. Then when I get through to Tyler he accuses me of yelling at Benny. Crazy to cold call someone 10+ times then get upset when you tell them you aren’t interested. I’d never give someone like this business
