I was treated pretty terribly here. I had a 12-month renters insurance policy that they cancelled early because I didn’t add additional coverage; they added it without my consent and started charging me more, when I payed for the policy upfront for a discount. They then cancelled my policy early, and sent me to collections to pay the the difference in the discount I received. Really poor service - very disappointed. Please avoid this place!
