Very disappointed in this office. My homeowner's policy more than tripled at the latest renewal. I requested an appeal. After months of calling, I had to go into the office to learn the verdict of my appeal that he admitted to having for almost two months. I would have thought after being a client for 34 years, I deserved a timely reply. I trusted Mr. Hodges to promptly handle my insurance needs. His delay cost me at least a thousand dollars.
