Do they have the cheapest insurance for me personally. Yes. However. I feel as if I have made changes to my policy and it is confirmed several times the change is correct and complete. Then to find out THEY made a mistake and WE had to pay for it. Customers should not have to pay or change there policy due to agents mistakes.
Esther Suggs and her staff are the main reason that I have kept Allstate as my insurance company. They have been kind and supportive without fail.
