I patronized this office for years without incident. Today unfortunately I spoke with the manager Marko. In my 72 years I have never spoke with such a unprofessional , rude and condescending person on the phone. I had a very frustrating experience with Douglas Torpie at Allstate Insurance. Communication was poor, and the overall service was extremely unprofessional. I specifically worked with a representative named DJ, who was not helpful and made the process more difficult than it needed to be. We are paying significantly more compared to Toyota’s insurance options, yet the level of service does not justify the cost.
