I had a horrible experience with this Agent. While I am sure Allstate is a great Insurance Company, the lack of knowledge and mostly zero follow up on customer service of Dorothy Grisham is detrimental for the Company. I spare the details, just for who is reading to know, after acknowledging in writing my policy cancellation, turn it in to collection......stay away!
