Despicable service! My father passed away in December 2025. Per his Life Estate deed, ownership of the property automatically transferred to his heirs. My husband and I have been permanent, full-time residents of this home since August 2025, actively maintaining and rehabbing the property. On Friday, May 8, 2026, a vehicle drove into our concrete porch, causing over $10,000 in structural damage. We have been customers with Dionne and Allstate for many years, they are a wonderful local agency with excellent customer service. Justin is a such an asset to their team. He is so helpful and efficient. It is nice to know local businesses where you can go into the office and meet the people you are working with still exist.
