Allstate is the worst company imaginable. Horrible customer service. Never doing business with them again. And I encourage anyone with issues to file a formal complaint with the Dept of Insurance and Federal Trade Commissions Consumer Protection Agency.

Do they have the cheapest insurance for me personally. Yes. However. I feel as if I have made changes to my policy and it is confirmed several times the change is correct and complete. Then to find out THEY made a mistake and WE had to pay for it. Customers should not have to pay or change there policy due to agents mistakes.
