Have had my insurance with this agency for several yrs. They have always responded to my questions and needs.
I’ll start off by saying that the car insurance claims are a breeze and easy to file and get approval on. I logged my first homeowners insurance claim after years of paying our homeowners insurance on-time and in full. We had a bad storm and submitted a request to have someone come out and take a look at our basement that got flooded. I got a call from corporate regarding my claim only for them to say that it wouldn’t be approved. Allstate is the worst company imaginable. Horrible customer service. Never doing business with them again. And I encourage anyone with issues to file a formal complaint with the Dept of Insurance and Federal Trade Commissions Consumer Protection Agency.
