Try calling during business hours and no answer on a few occasions as well as not responsive to voice mail or text messages. Drove to the office during business hours and it was closed. Had to call Jaimee Davis Allstate in Spring Hill just to add a vehicle to my policy. I will be switching to Jaimee, but unfortunately because I started my policy with Christina she will still be getting the commission for someone else’s work unless I leave Allstate for 6 months and resign.
By far one of the easiest insurance agencies I have ever worked with, the team is more than willing to learn more and to figure out the best coverage for your situation.I would recommend McClary Allstate to anyone looking for a new provider and and a new agent.
The most friendly and professional agents I have ever encountered. Christine, Brenda and Mike are the best!! Customer service is still alive and well! They always have time for you and answer any questions you have and treat you like family.
You never really know about an insurance company until you have a claim. My daughter was driving one of our cars a hit and run driver totaled it. Through the whole process Allstate and this agency was awesome!
