Read all the one stars. Thats who these people REALLY are. They suck. Go to anywhere but here. When you get hucklebucked all they will do is quote the “our policy” garbage. I fired them and saved 3 grand switching over to alfa. Now get ready to read the automated “we’re sorry about your experience” to make them look like they care slightly. They dont.
Been with them for many years this last time and had them before they constantly rip you off every way they can and will not pay out reasonably at all .I will not ever get them agean especially for home insurance.they want your money but will not pay claims. Bad company everything about them is suspect don't fall for the way they get you to sign up it's a trap.unless you are an attorney.plz just don't do it.
This agent Chad Watts is a real winner, he won't call you back if you have a claim.Changed agents.
