Danielle Hughes at this agency has been enormously helpful in dealing with my insurance coverages at Allstate. She has always been prompt, courteous and accommodating. She successfully ran interference for me with Allstate when Allstate recently created a coverage issue which she got resolved.
I wish I could give negative stars. Delaney Bennett signed me up for an auto policy I did not want. I told him that I was sticking with my home owners policy only, well he signed me up anyway! Somehow got my VIN number because I didn’t give him that and put an active policy on my car. When I got the bill, I didn’t pay it because why would I?
