They are a good and easy company to work with. I would defiently do business with them.
Their coverage seems OK on paper, and we did get a minor fender bender taken care of over the years. But, I don't like dealing with associates and call centers. Makes me wonder how they would handle tornado damage or something major. We had home, auto, umbrella and boat coverage with Allstate for years...never met our agent. Kinda like the legend of Big Foot. We've only seen pictures. We've got a lot to protect. We shifted to a company and agent we feel we could count on in a major disaster.
Their policy didn’t help with any theft in my apartment complex. Worst guys ever
