Quoted one price for homeowners insurance and paid it in full. It was about $100 less then Geico. A month later I had an additional $250 charge. When I asked about it, I was told they made a mistake and added a discount that I wasn’t eligible for. But I still owed the balance or my policy would be cancelled. When I said I was going to switch companies, I was told to go ahead. They refused to give me the direct number to contact Allstate.
Brian's staff is always helpful! It's nice to know I can stop in whenever I need to and they always have time for me!
