Poor customer service and no communication in the office …very unhappy … We went with another agent that handles everything from his office …
They overall are an incredible insurance company. We use Allstate for our home and auto. The price is unbeatable. Everyone is so helpful and polite! We had USAA before Allstate and they were so rude and difficult to deal with and overpriced. We have been with Allstate now for almost two years and are so happy to be with them. An incredible difference!
