We were between a rock and a hard place and had to settle for this management company. They (Ben, David, and Itay) are hard to reach/unresponsive (slow to email back and don't answer their phones). They don't get the necessary work done in a timely fashion (you have to email them numerous times) and don't look for the best repair people with cost-effective pricing. David Barr was amazing for our Pardo loan! I ordered the HOA pkg and was completed the very next day and when I needed more items, he was right there and provided what I needed to get my loan to the condo approval dept at the lender. David was so attentive, he Rocks! Thank you so much!

Allstate HOA does not enforce CC&R's or Bylaws if rules go against Board's actions. In 2019 and 2020, Allstate HOA failed to have our board hold elections - how bad is that as it is mandatory? Allstate only does what Board tells them to do, not HOA members, as Board hired them. i.e. not holding our board in Santa Monica accountable for not having an HOA meeting or elections in 2019.
