If I could leave zero stars I would. Switched to this agent in August 2022 and was told that they would handle notifying my mortgage company of the switch to ensure my homeowners insurance would be paid from my escrow. No letters received notifying me of any issues to my home….no calls from the agent or his staff to notify me that my insurance had not been paid for months.
