Kenny & Devon we’re just here and are amazing! This is the our 3rd time having them come down our “renewal cleaning”...they took extra care of issues we’ve been having with our carpets. Literally on hands and knees scrubbing spots that I haven’t been able to get myself!!! Highly recommend!
With all of these great reviews, I expected better. All Star cleaned the one year old carpeting in our home. (Receipt provided by our property managers) Walking barefoot across it, I encountered numerous (more than 5) fist sized rough patches where carpet was matted together. In two rooms I found multiple (16 in one room alone) small stains in what appears to be the heavier traffic areas.
