Update..The owner contacted me about my complaints. He and another carpet tech came back to my house and spot cleaned all the areas that still looked dirty. While not every stain was removed the results were what I expected originally. So glad he was able to correct most issues!
The over all job was poor & they did not return my phone calls. All the reviews were good! They missed several areas, and left my carpet cleaner but not clean. I used a spot remover for carpet and was able to remove several stains. I called and left a message after the carpet was completely dry. My 5 area rugs and my stairs, livingroom and my hallway were unacceptable. I had used them several years ago but they myst be under new management!
Karl and Juno did an amazing job on my "new" recliner and were able to get a painting mishap out of my brand new carpet! Great service from a locally owned company and very impressed with the quick scheduling from Shane!

Ken and Brad came to my home yesterday and cleaned my living room carpet that was really looking bad. Not only were they personable, but they were quick and professional. I enjoyed talking to them while they worked and, best of all, my carpet looks brand new again!! Shane got me scheduled within a couple days of calling and their prices can't be beat!
