WORST PHYSIO EVER!
This is not a a place where SPORTS physics work, it’s just the name. Everything the Physio told me I already knew and found on google myself. Do not go here if you are actually fit and need help from someone who is qualified to help athletes. It’s the Starbucks of the Physio world, basic.
Absolute saviour in terms of helping me get back on track after a back injury, both in terms of treatment but also rehab after surgery
