Purchased a set of solar lights that were defective. Contacted company and they quickly and happily sent me a replacement set.
So beautiful on my patio! I was so happy I purchased two more hanging solar lights. I would add a picture but it’s daytime. Very quick delivery!
I bought one of their lanterns from Home Goods and it was missing a piece. I reached out to see if I could purchase the missing piece but they offered to send me the missing piece for free. It was sent within 24 hours of my request. Excellent customer service, will definitely purchase another lantern in the future!
We bought two strings of solar lights. The first string works okay...stays lit for about 5 hours. The second string doesn't work at all. I emailed customer service over a week ago with my concerns.
