My mother’s experience at this office was extremely disappointing. The reception staff were courteous, professional, welcoming, and it was very helpful that they spoke Spanish. Unfortunately, our experience with the physician was the complete opposite. The doctor was rude, dismissive, and lacked empathy throughout the visit. Very good doctor and staff , very professional and kind .
First of all i was there for a hour before i seen the Dr that was Bad for Me cant sit for a long time i have arthritis in lower back.
Hacen esperar demaciado, colocan una hora de cita y te meten en un cuarto y allí te dejan esperando casi 40 minutos..
Super friendly staff.
