Probably the worst people I have rented from. They suck at communication, will not give you your deposit back even though you made the house look better than it did when you moved in. All around never rent from them.

We move to Northwest Arkansas 6 years ago, and we rented a house from Allred Properties. Needless to say...that was the BEST decision we made! They are a great company! They always had time to answer questions we had, fix problems, and help in any way! We recently just purchased our first house, and we had to move out of our rent house! We lived there the entire 6 years! We will miss them terribly! If you are looking for a rent home in NWA...call Allred! I fully recommend their services!
