Was curtly told, upon asking tenant policy regarding sufferers of Covid-19, that the company was acting in compliance with the laws and regulations that governing their industry. Christie, apparently in charge of PR, then proceeded to tell to have a good day and hung up. That confirmed to me what I'd heard about the "business"-- these thugs are evicting people who contract Covid-19. These people are slumlords! Worst rental I have ever had. Poor communication, awful pest problems, and lack of professionalism with renters.
allred is a scam and a joke! they took deposit money and then rented the property to someone else and wouldn't give the deposit back! they are very bad people. Dont waste your time with these people!
Very easy to work with. Fast response if you have a maintenance need.
