When I moved out from the property I was living, I was told that if I clean well the house, I would not be charged for cleaning. I also was informed that it overpriced to replace missing items. I was overcharged for small things they replaced and I accepted it because this is what I was told. But even though I spent money buying cleaning supplies and I left the property very clean, they charged me for that. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. They charged for bogus fees and repairs they didn't perform and even removing a satellite dish and landscaping that I did not add to the property. Totaled up to over 2,800. with no itemized statement. Push back if they do it to you too. I did and they came off the majority of the fees and charges.

Was curtly told, upon asking tenant policy regarding sufferers of Covid-19, that the company was acting in compliance with the laws and regulations that governing their industry. Christie, apparently in charge of PR, then proceeded to tell to have a good day and hung up. That confirmed to me what I'd heard about the "business"-- these thugs are evicting people who contract Covid-19. These people are slumlords! Worst rental I have ever had. Poor communication, awful pest problems, and lack of professionalism with renters.
Terrible management company! Will charge you for stuff that was damaged before you moved in! Charged us to dispose of a satellite dish after we moved out! Funny thing is that the dish was there when we moved in and we haven't had satellite service in years. Also they show they charged us to take down and dispose of the dish, but I drove by 3 months later and it is still there! Part of their money making scheme I guess! Steer clear of this company!!
