The day before my first appointment, they called and informed me that I must pay in advance of service and that the initial checkup and cleaning would be $300. Seemed high so I ask why? It appears that my initial visit would have included 2 sets of xrays, which I did not request and something else, I no longer wanted to hear what else. I canceled my appointment and will look for another dentist, who will deliver what I ask for and accepts full payment on completion.
friendly and helpful dental team. very expensive. i myself took my models to the lab in athens so i could get my partial back earlier. ( a tooth was being added to one that the dr. a had already made for me.) asked the lead technician if they could make it so that my skin above the actual partial would not wrinkle. this tends to happen when a tooth is lost. he looked at it, said, "they did not make the model that way, but we'll do the best we can." when it came back, dr. allport looked at it with a bit of surprise and made t... read more

Dr. Allport and his staff were great. made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions.
Service is absolutely awesome from the front door to the close of the visit. Dr. Allport is awesome and he has built an awesome staff around him. I have had everything done from general maintenance to crowns and all has been handled perfectly. Hat's off doc, to you and your staff!
