This is an absolute horrid rental company! Don't believe me? Check yellowpages reviews! They don't fix your appliances when they break, the air conditioning unit doesn't work in half of the house, there's roaches, the house smells of mold. The sewage backs up into your shower. Its obvious that youre an employee of this company. These people are horrible slumlords!! There are insects everywhere including bed bugs. NO response from management.
Run don't walk away from this company. They make no attempt to repair apartments once you have moved in. I have lived in this apartment one year and the central air conditioner has never worked. My baby and I are burning up. We have had to buy our own window unit and put in the window just to stay a litle bit cool. Other units in the same aparttment complex are experiencing the same problems. These people don't care at all. Do not rent from All Phase Real Estate.
I have had a very gooood experience with Kim and Sue over at allphase. They really helped me out got me in my house fast and went out of their way. They even stopped by on my move in day to make sure everything was going ok. Just signed a one year lease and will renew when the time comes.
Do not ever do business with anyone from Allphase Real Estate. They never return your calls, when you have a problem, they completely ignore you. I have moved into one of their properties and anything that can go wrong, has gone wrong. When I call them, their phone system rarely connect you to a human. When you are connected to a human, you wish you hadn't been connected because they lie for each other and never follow up on things they are suppose to. After moving into one of there duplexes I found it to be the begining of a year long nightmare. I was supposed to be provided with lawn care and appliances. Not even a week later the fridge broke down and I was told they no longer provide appliances and recieved a letter in the mail that they no longer do yards too. Well after the leaky roof that went unfixed and the apparent termite problem it was time to cut my losses short.
