WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS. They went to a court date to evict us that we never get a court date for to go stand up for ourselves and they LIED TO THE JUDGE TO GET A SHERIFF TO POST A 3 DAY NOTICE ON OUR DOOR. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I put in a work order from the time I moved in for 6 months to fix my dishwasher, a caved in termite infested hole in my shower, a constant drip in my bathtub which let to a busted pipe in my wall, 2 different leaks in my roof, and a door that needed to be fixed. Took them 6 months to finally come to my house and fix it because I lied and told them my house was flooded! These people are scam artists. Ive been moved out for 3 months and they still have not giving me back my deposit! They give you the run around and never return calls. Steer clear of ever renting one of their properties if you dont want to end up taking them to court.

We are renters at one of their properties our apt has flooded since we have lived here and a severe bed bug issue the issue has not been resolved.

I have not met a more honest helpful group of people than the people I rent from. I have been very happy with the repair men they came out right a way and left my house just as it was when they came. It is easy to pay because Kim came by to pick it up after my operation and i could not get out. The girl who answers the Phone is always polite asking if i have anything else i need. They even helped me find a man to mow my lawn cause i am not able, i got a good price because he likes them too. I will never live anywhere else.

I dont know what the problem is the people here are great. I had very good conversation with them looking at the house. It was a little rough but the day before i was to move in they called me to check it out to see if there was any thing they missed. The carpet was rough but the guy was there cleaning it. They did give me some card to give to my friends to move in and i get 50.00 off my next rent. heck yes i will tell everyone i know to rent from them.

If I could give fewer than 1 star I would. All Phase is great if you like moving into a filthy apartment, never having anything fixed, and then having your deposit retained with no explanation given. Incompetent? That's the nicest thing I can say about these yayhoos. Kim is worthless. She called me frantically the day I was supposed to move in and said she couldn't have the carpets cleaned because I hadn't had the utilities turned on - I hadn't even signed the lease yet! This is beyond the worse company Ive dealt with. They are the nicest til u move in their property!! This is a total nightmare. These are wolves in sheep clothing!! Good thing about life is GOD SEE's IT ALL.. THEY WILL BE PUNISHED FOR UNRIGHTEOUSNESS BY GOD!! The Bible says, "You reap wat you sow." Judgment is coming for those wolves. Watch and see!!! Kim&Sue are the 1st two to feel God's punishment.
